Improvements to our Vermilion@Home Ordering System

We really miss all your lovely friendly faces and hope to be welcoming you back for dine-in at Vermilion soon!

In the meantime, we’ve been working hard on trying to make your takeaway and delivery experience as efficient as possible.  We’ve been overwhelmed by the level of goodwill and support we’ve been receiving locally and are delighted that this has allowed us to remain open.  This has made it necessary for us to take extra steps to ensure that we can provide the best service to you at peak times and we have invested in a new fully integrated system that will allow this.  Our new online ordering system allows you;

  • Select a delivery time and receive an accurate arrival time for your meal (the system will take into account how busy we are at your time of ordering)
  • Save your favourite orders for ‘one click’ future ordering
  • Rate your driver/offer feedback

If you’re already registered for online ordering you will need to register your details again – just one time.  There will be a new app arriving shortly but unfortunately the old app will not work in the meantime.

Everything we have changed  has been done in order to improve your experience but we ask you to please be patient if there are any initial teething problems as we begin to implement the new system.  We are always grateful for any feedback!
